We are looking for an EHS Specialist within Corbetta Plant.
The candidate will cooperate with the EHS Manager to:
-Ensure that the environmental aspects are managed by the implementation and certification of an Environmental Management System according to IS0 14001; Ensure that the health and safety aspects are managed by the implementation and certification of an OHS Management System according to IS0 45001.
-Provide to EHS Manager and the Employeer (Plant Manager) the specialist knowledge to identify and prevent environmental impacts.
-Identify preventive and protective measures following regulations in force and Sector/Plant guidelines and standards based on specific plant organisation know-how.
-Carry out internal audits to verify observance of standards and plant guidelines concerning EHS.
-Identify and promote implementation of specific project to improve the KPIs.
-Guarantee that the register of Plant's applicable laws is correctly updated.
-Assist the external and internal auditors during the inspections.
-Define the appropriate and prompt actions to reduce risks evaluated on the basis of the established grading;
-Set-up and carry out measures to protect the workers' health and psycho-physical integrity.
"Technical in work safety " degree or, in alternative, engineering degree but with a good knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations and processes);
Past experience in the field is required (3-5 years). Automotive market will be a plus;
ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RSPP or ASPP certification is a must;
- Practicality in main ICT applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.). Knowledge of EHS management systems and production processes. Knowledge of continuous improvement metodologies (i.e. WCM) or lean manufacturing
